When I was a kid, I honestly believed sending out Christmas cards was an old fashioned custom which no one my age was ever doing. I no longer believe that to be the case and so now I hand out Christmas cards to everyone I know. It’s really a lot of fun to send out and receive cards and it’s also a good way to remain in contact with friends and family who I possibly would not otherwise get to speak to at other times.

I also realised that Christmas cards have become a collectors item and I have started collecting Christmas greeting cards. I keep any collectible cards I see before Christmas but also search on the internet for Christmas cards. They are on sale at any time of the year and a good way to buy them is at auction.
