When I was a teenager, I really thought that sending out Christmas cards was an old fashioned kind of tradition which pretty much nobody of my age was ever doing. I have now changed my mind and so now I post Christmas cards every Christmas. It’s loads of fun to keep in contact this way and receive cards and it’s also an enjoyable way to keep in contact with friends and family who I might not otherwise manage to talk to earlier in the year.

I have also discovered that Christmas cards are a collectors item so I am collecting German Christmas cards. I keep any unique cards I see during Christmas but also look around online for Christmas cards. They can be bought at auction whenever you want and a safe way to get them is at auction.
